Paul Graham one of the greatest digital entrepreneur and a tech investor who is not just changing the world with technology and digital business, but he is helping other digital entrepreneurs do the same by investing his years of experience, knowledge and financial resourcing through Y combinator which he started in 2005 with Jessica Livingston, Robert Morris, and Trevor Blackwell.

Paul Graham Early Life and Background
Paul was born in England, the United Kingdom on November 13, 1964, later moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1968 with his family, where he attended gateway high school. His father, who was a nuclear physicist, influenced Paul with mathematics and science.
Graham has a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Cornell University (1986). He then attended Harvard University, earning a Master of Science (1988) and Doctor of Philosophy (1990) degrees in Computer Science. He has also studied painting at the Rhode Island School of Design and the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence.

Graham and Robert Morris founded Viaweb in 1996, according to Paul Graham Viaweb was the first application provider (ASP). He wrote it with the Common Lisp programing language. Via web allowed it, users, to make their online store. Viaweb sold to yahoo in 1998 valued at $49.6million. Yahoo later changed its name to the Yahoo store.
He writes essays on his website paulgraham.com, which now has millions of page views. He has published collections of his essay as Hackers & Painters. Graham announced in 2001 he was working on a new dialect of Lisp named Arc. He also founded hacker news, which is now Ycombinator news a social news website focusing on computer science and entrepreneurship.
Paul along with Trevor Blackwell, Jessica Livingston and Robert Morris started Y Combinator a startup incubator in 2005 that provides seed funding to startups, particularly those started by younger, more technically oriented founders. Y Combinator has now invested in over 2,000 startups, including Reddit, Xobni, Dropbox, Airbnb and Stripe paystack, DoorDash, Instacart.
